1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the online dental appointment booking service operated by Chaudhary Dental Care (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Our service lets you request, view, reschedule, and cancel dental appointments online, and receive related notifications over WhatsApp. The service is provided to help you arrange care at our clinic and does not itself constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Booking and Appointments

  • Booking a slot reserves a 30-minute appointment time. Any treatment that may be needed is determined by the dentist during your visit.
  • Appointment times are subject to availability and may be confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the clinic where necessary.
  • Please arrive on time. Repeated missed appointments (no-shows) may affect future bookings.

4. Verification and Account Security

We verify your phone number using a one-time passcode (OTP) sent via WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping your device and verification codes secure, and for the activity that takes place under your verified number. Do not share your OTP with anyone.

5. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and current information, including a valid phone number, when booking. Providing false information or booking on behalf of someone without their consent is not permitted.

6. WhatsApp Notifications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment-related service messages over WhatsApp, such as confirmations, reminders, cancellation notices, rebooking links, and review requests. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms. You may opt out of these messages by contacting us.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel an upcoming appointment through the service. The clinic may also reschedule or cancel appointments when required (for example, if the dentist is unavailable), and will notify you so you can choose another time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service.
  • Make repeated bookings you do not intend to keep.

9. No Medical Advice

Information provided through the service is for scheduling and general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional dental or medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding any health concern. In an emergency, seek immediate medical attention.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaudhary Dental Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including missed notifications caused by issues outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
